Amazon Goes Gold

“Amazon Goes Gold” is a campaign launched by Amazon in partnership with the American Childhood Cancer Organization (ACCO) to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer research and support. The campaign runs during the month of September, which is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
As part of the campaign, Amazon lights up several of its fulfillment centers and buildings in gold, the official color of childhood cancer awareness, and donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of select products to ACCO. Additionally, customers can donate directly to ACCO through Amazon’s website.
The goal of the campaign is to increase awareness of childhood cancer and raise funds to support research and programs for children and families affected by the disease.
